In 2003, Alan Willey left a corporate job in Colorado to do something unexpected: pull weeds with his childhood friend. He joined Four Dimensions as an assistant gardener in the maintenance department, but eventually the office started pulling him in. A talent for details, a head for systems, and a lot of time spent learning alongside the company's accountant eventually made him the person Four Dimensions goes to for answers.
