LANDSCAPE DESIGNER / ARCHITECT PROJECT MANAGER
We are seeking a qualified person with well-developed skills in residential landscape design.
Completed course work in landscape architecture is required. Landscape architect license is optional. Understandings in the fields of architecture, construction, horticulture and ecology are valued.
Job responsibilities will include designing and drafting landscape concepts and detailed construction drawings, meeting clients to present designs and construction cost estimates, interacting with design and construction staff and observing construction projects.

• Familiar with ecologically sustainable landscape techniques, personally committed to exploring ecological landscape design
• Fluent in hand and VectorWorks computer drafting
• Knowledgeable about the natural world and the built environment

Four Dimensions Landscape Company announces an opening in our growing company: Landscape Construction Foreman.
The person filling this position will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Four Dimensions' construction projects. We are looking for an experienced builder with a minimum of 5 years in the field and experience in many aspects of landscape construction, including: reading and interpreting landscape construction plans and details, grade calculation and staking, grading, masonry walls, stairs, and paving, carpentry (fences, gates, walls, arbors, etc.), custom water features, lighting, irrigation, planting.
The position involves training and leading crew members and planning for efficient project construction.
Current California Drivers License and clean DMV record are required.

HORTICULTURE MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT
Four Dimensions Landscape Company is looking for a qualified landscape horticulturist to join our residential landscape maintenance team. We are seeking a maintenance gardener's assistant to work with an experienced crew leader in a full-time capacity.
Requirements include valid CA drivers license and clean driving record. Must be proficient in spoken and written English. Some horticultural experience and/or education required. Must be physically fit, agile, and able to safely lift and operate small engine equipment such as mowers and blowers.
The successful candidate will have a good eye for detail and be familiar with horticultural practices. We are looking for an individual who can efficiently focus on many details simultaneously and interact / communicate well with others. We are seeking a qualified person with well-developed skills in bookkeeping and general office management.
Job responsibilities will include:
- Data entry, timecards, payables and receivables
- Payroll processing through ADP
- Payable account reconciliation as required
- Payable payments processing
- Receivable billing processing
- Receivable account reconciliation as required
- Other accounting and general office functions as requested
We are looking for someone with the abilities and characteristics:
- Familiar with bookkeeping conventions
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Able and willing to learn American Contractor software
- Well-organized, predisposed to timely and effective paperwork
- Practical with good common sense
- Strong team player, courteous and comfortable collaborating with others
- Articulate with excellent communication and people skills
